Public program of the exhibition "PLACE X ZARYADYE" will take place in the Northern Underpass

It will include guided tours by the curators of the project, public talk and screenings of documentaries. Registration for July 7 is already open.
The exhibition of Nizhny Novgorod street art "PLACE X ZARYADYE" was organized within the framework of the Days of Culture of Nizhny Novgorod in Moscow dedicated to its 800th anniversary. 26 works represent a variety of styles of Nizhny Novgorod street culture, such a wide representation of contemporary regional artists takes place in Zaryadye for the first time. One canvas was left in the #ArtInProcess format — it will be created by the artist right in the Northern Underpass in real time, another of the paintings was created by the artists during the installation of the exposition.
On July 7, a public program with the participation of the curators of the project will take place in the Northern Underpass.
At 15:00, 17:00 and 19:00 Maya Kowalski, Nikita Nomerz and Lida Birdly will conduct their own guided tours of the exhibition and tell about the chronology of events in the history of street art in Nizhny Novgorod and the influence of this culture on the city.
At 18:00, the curators will gather for a public talk, where they will discuss the street artists of Nizhny Novgorod, as well as the techniques and concepts of the works selected for the exhibition.
At 16:00 and 19:00 in the media studio on the underground floor of the Media Center guests can watch documentaries "Openly" (2017) about street art and the study of Russian street art and graffiti and "Place'20" (2020) about the Place Festival, co-organizer of the exhibition in the Northern Underpass.
