At the "Secrets of warm-blooded" workshop children will unravel the mysteries of their internal heating system and find out how our blood keeps us warm, why we get goosebumps, whether shivering helps us fight the cold, and why animal fur is a natural thermos. We’ll conduct fascinating experiments and figure out how thermoregulation works. And finally, we’ll learn to recognize signs of hypothermia and provide first aid.
