Elena Radkevich

Graduated with full honors from the Faculty of Horticulture and Landscape Architecture of the Russian State Agrarian University — Moscow Timiryazev Agricultural Academy. Research areas: “Fruit growing, viticulture and winemaking” and "Selection, genetics and biotechnology of horticultural crops”. Continues her postgraduate studies in the direction of “Breeding and Seed Production of Agricultural Plants”. Engaged in project activities in the field of aquaponics. Took part in the “Priorities of Russia” competition, in the international BRICS competition for young scientists. Holds honorary mentions from the Ministry of Science and Education of the Russian Federation for the contribution and development of science in Russia.

Research interests: biology, biotechnology, molecular biology, breeding and genetics, agronomy.

Elena knows how to inspire with science. She is convinced that knowledge can be presented in an easy and accessible way.

Генетик

Окончила агрономический и технологический факультеты РГАУ-МСХА им. К.А. Тимирязева. Более 8 лет занималась научными исследованиями в области пищевых технологий и генетики злаковых культур. Имеет семилетний опыт преподавания и просветительской деятельности.  
Область научных интересов: генетика, палеонтология и палеогенетика.  
Эльвира убеждена, что в науке не бывает скучных областей и тем, и готова даже самую сложную лекцию превратить в веселье!
