Puppets and shadows: a miracle for children at Zaryadye Park

5 January 2020
Performances in the framework of the New Year's project “Small Forms for Huge Hearts” continue in the media hall.

Studio T showed their interactive performances on January 4. In "The Snow Queen," the grown-up Kai told the story of Gerda's journey to the Snow Queen’s palace. “Sign of the Opera” is a performance that, with the help of light and shadow, introduced the audience to the works of the world opera repertoire: “The Magic Flute” by Mozart, “Ivan Susanin” by Glinka, “Orfeo ed Euridice” by Gluck, “Carmen” by Bizet.

Today, Creative Union 9 showed performances based on literary sources. During the “Mysterious Haunted Story” based on Charles Dickens’s story, the media hall turned into a mysterious old mansion. The production of “The Fly Tsokotuha” to the strains of a balalaika plunged the audience into the atmosphere of a Russian fairy fun-fair of the early 20th century, with games and tea drinking:

There are four more performances ahead – from the creative association “Taratumb” and the Moscow Children's Shadow Theater. Schedule and tickets: https://www.zaryadyepark.ru/zaryadye-for-children/
