Watch readings of the best plays shortlisted in the Kulminatsiya project within 5 years

From January 18 to January 27, in our VKontakte page and on the YouTube channel, we show readings of the plays that were included in the shortlists of the Kulminatsiya modern drama awards of different years.

You will hear the plays of Roman Kozyrchikov, Yulia Pospelova, Igor Nosovsky, Vikentiy Bryz and other playwrights by the actors of Dmitry Brusnikin's Workshop, in a laconic and minimalistic stage genre.

On January 18, we showed reading of the “Quiet Light” play by Roman Kozyrchikov. This work made the author a laureate of the First Prize of the Eurasia international playwrights competition. The play was staged at the Kolyada Theater (Yekaterinburg). Director – Yulia Razumovskaya, actress of Dmitry Brusnikin's Workshop:

On January 19 the series of readings was continued by a solo performance based on the play “Lioha” by Yulia Pospelova. In 2016, the play won first place in “Peace” nomination at the Remarque International Competition for New Drama and entered the top three best plays of the year.
