Flowers, tangerines and pineapples, felt boots, a scarf and a cup of hot tea, as well as a molecule of DNA — all these are parts of ice sculptures which you can see in Ice Cave of Zaryadye Park.
Participants of the laboratories of Ded Moroz at Nature Center decided to collect and freeze park symbols. This is how the ice sculptures appeared.
“Storing items at low temperatures is one of the most effective ways to keep them fresh. In a way, it freezes their lives, and the refrigerant is the ice of course,” said Nikita Vinogradov, deputy head of the Scientific and Educational Activities Department.
You can see frozen symbols of the park in the photographs, but it’s better to come to Ice Cave as in life it looks much more beautiful!
