The smell of lilac has covered the entire park. The aroma is especially strong next to the Media Center pavilion and the Big Amphitheater, where you can find several varieties of the plant at once: “Beauty of Moscow” with pale pink flowers, “Fires of Donbass” with dark purple flowers. There are some more varieties from Germany at the beginning of the park.
Young birches have sent out leaves in Zaryadye, next to the River Overlook there are crocuses, irises, thin-leaved peonies, and Bieberstein Tulips. The flowers will be delighting visitors for two more weeks.
In the spruce forest, wild strawberries have blossomed, the bird cherry, apple trees “Everest” and “Yagodnaya” are pleasing with the look and smell, the fruits of which waxbird love so much. Anemony blooms in the mixed forest.
Under the Glass Crust, rhododendrons, representatives of the Heath family, have blossomed.
