A public lecture by Moscow Fim School and Scream School (School of Computer Graphics and Animation) will be held in the Nature Center hall as part of the Universal University lecture series “Creating the Future”.
The essence of professions in the film industry is an illusion. The differences are only in the tools by which it is created. In modern cinema, computer graphics are closely related to art direction —remember movies like Avatar, Alice in Wonderland, or Avengers.
Lecturers will tell about the development of computer graphics in the film production, its impact on cinema and on viewers.
– what are growth prospects for the profession of the production designer?
– does the appearance of the 3D world destroy the profession or give it new possibilities?
– what are the ways of joint growth?
– how far computer graphics can make progress in film production?
