In the Podklet – the oldest part of the building – you will see the exhibition "1st TSAR. Moscow. terrible", dedicated to the first Russian Tsar Ivan Vasilyevich (the Terrible), who established trade and economic relations with England in the 16th century, and in 1556 granted chambers to the merchants of the English trading society – the Moscow Company. The central exhibit of the exhibition is the bust of Ivan the Terrible, an anthropological reconstruction created in 1963–1965 by Professor Mikhail Gerasimov based on the remains of the tsar found in the tomb during excavations in the chapel of John the Baptist in the Archangel Cathedral of the Moscow Kremlin. The key multimedia exhibit of the exhibition is a digital reconstruction of the tsar's portrait created by artificial intelligence.

In the upper chambers, you will learn about how the life of English merchants and entrepreneurs was arranged, what they imported and exported from Russia, how trade was organized. You will pass through the Treasury Chamber, where ceremonial receptions were held, the treasury was kept and trade deals were concluded. In the second chamber, Povarnya, you will see a model of an English galleon of the 16th–17th centuries, samples of goods and travel equipment of English travelers, as well as a map showing the routes of their travels in Russia and dangerous sea expeditions that brought the two powers closer together in the Era of the Great Geographical Discoveries.

Moscow. terrible" was attended by: composer Dmitry Mazurov (musical design), artist in the field of machine learning Denis Shiryaev (digital reconstruction of Ivan the Terrible), director of the television series "Terrible" Alexey Andrianov, scriptwriter of the television series "Terrible" Timur Ezugbaya.
