Children from 6 years old will be able to visit the unique Florarium orangery, which has no analogues in Russia. Here plants live in phytoboxes without water and soil, such systems are called aeroponic.
In Florarium, children will see the usual summer cultures (peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, dill, and mint) and exotic plants that grow in different parts of the earth. For example, passionflower (the edible fruits of this plant are known as passion fruit); bananas (sprouts from the seeds of the summer 2019 harvest have already risen this year); papaya (one of the most beautiful and very healthy fruits with bright orange pulp); noni (a plant that is considered a true healer); yuzu (citrus tree, half-orange and half-lemon); cocoa and coffee; starfruit, the fruits of which on a slice resemble a starfish, and dragon fruit, which contains snow-white pulp with black seeds.
Kids will have a real Florarium quest with questions and interesting tasks.
After the quest, children will receive "young botanist" certificates.
