Spike Speedwell

Speedwell is the largest genus of flowering plants in the Plantaginaceae family. Speedwell is widespread in all parts of the world and appears on the emblems of various countries and associations. For example, it is the official flower of Montgomery County and can be seen on the sign of the 541st RAF squadron. It is depicted on the coat of arms of the Norwegian municipality of Nord-Aurdal and on stamps from Bulgaria, Sweden and Finland.
