Dear guests! We ask you to wear masks and gloves in the park pavilions, observe social distance and temporarily not use the playground. Take care of your health and the health of those around you. Thank you!
The Bistort is widely distributed in the tundras, forests and steppes throughout the Northern Hemisphere. It forms thickets in peatbogs and moist floodplain meadows. The leaves of the European bistort and its young shoots are edible. In the tundra, it is an important forage plant for reindeers.
